Payment Policy: A payment of 100% of reservation fee is required at time of booking. Advanced payments made over the internet are always paid by Visa, MasterCard or Discover. By providing a credit card number, you are authorizing Brookhollow RV Park to bill your credit card for the full amount of reservation, including any costs accrued while at the property, and outstanding balances not paid at time of departure.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations are subject to a minimum $5.00 cancellation fee. In addition, cancellations made within 2 days of scheduled check-in are subject to a penalty equal to one (1) days reservation fee. Please contact the property for cancellations or to make any changes to your reservation.
Change Policy: No service charges are applied for changes to this reservation.
Pet Policy: No more than two (2) pets are allowed. No large dogs greater than 25 lbs. (12k) in weight are accepted on long term stays. Dogs must be kept on a leash while outdoors at ALL times. For pet relief, we ask that our guests please walk dogs along the hill that surrounds the park and pick up pet droppings immediately Any pet that causes complaints or is a nuisance will not be allowed to remain in the park. Hybrid Wolf & Coyote, Pit bulls (aka Staffordshire Terriers), Rottweiler, Dobermans and Mastiffs are not allowed in the park.
Discounts: At checkout enter the discount code: GOODSAM to receive 10% off your base reservation fee (does not apply to any extra or additional charges). All membership discounts will be verified at check-in. We reserve the right to void the membership discount if membership cards are invalid or expired.
Our Pull-thru sites are reserved for vehicles 36 ft.or longer. If your camping unit is less than 36 ft, we reserve the right to relocate your reservation to a back-in site.
